Shopping for you or your family can either be great or absolutely terrible. And I have to say, shopping for myself is never easy. The only time it ever was easy was when I was 10. Really, I miss those days. Because now, I have trouble finding pants that are the right length and still fit around the waist without being so tight around my thighs. Stitch Fix is a wonderful fashion company that sends you a catered wardrobe that fits your needs, wants, and wallet. You can create a style profile and put in your measurements so the clothes will fit you better and suit your style preferences. There are so many things that they take into account, and different ways for them to get a better understanding of Your style. It’s wonderful and doesn’t take up too much time either. They have small quizzes for different categories of clothing and accessories every day to get to know you better. Don’t worry though. You don’t have to complete those out if you don’t want to. They also allow you to pin different ensembles that you like so they have a better idea of what you like.
What’s so Great about Stitch Fix?
You can send messages to your assigned stylist before they send out picks just for you. And don’t worry, you can get a preview before they are sent and make changes. Once everything is sent to you, you can try them on to see if you like them and, more importantly, if they fit. If something doesn’t fit or you don’t like something, you can ship it back with the return packaging they send you. Let me also mention that you can just shop for anything that interests you online as well. They have an amazing selection. Also, you can change the frequency of when you receive new picks.
My Experience
Overall, my experience with Stitch Fix has been amazing. Even when I had problems, which was twice, customer support was very helpful and responded in a timely manner. The quality of the clothes is always good. The choice of clothing and accessories is also very diverse. Everything I was ever sent has always fit. And majority of what I was sent suited my tastes. When I ordered more from the online shop, everything was very streamlined as sizes were automatically calculated for any clothing I picked out. Convenient right? Everything made shopping for myself so easy, that I never really had to worry.
Is Stitch Fix worth it?
So what’s the verdict? Is it worth the cost? Yes! Most definitely yes! Every piece of clothing and accessory was tailored to suit me and my tastes. I never got a piece that didn’t fit me, including pants which for me is the most difficult thing to shop for. The only thing I would have to warn you about is the shoes, specifically the sizes. But this has always been a problem as women’s shoe size isn’t always the same depending on the brand. Other than that, the experience has been perfect. I highly recommend trying it out for yourself. And if you have kids, you can make them a profile as well! So give Stitch Fix a try!
